The indicative annual cost is equal to approximately 4.15 billion Euros.
The "counter charges of renewable sources", is the operational tool that is used to display, on the website of the GSE, the "indicative annual cumulative cost of incentives" granted to plants powered by renewable energy other than PV, defined in Article . 2 of the Ministerial Decree 6/7/2012.
This cost represents an estimate of the potential annual, already committed but not yet fully supported, incentives paid to non-solar renewable energy plants, in implementation of the various measures of state incentive that have taken place in this area.
According to art. 3 of D.M. 6/7/2012, the "indicative annual cumulative cost of incentives" may not exceed € 5.8 billion per year.
March 31, 2013 are fall within the scope of the meter installations stimulated through the CIP 6, with the Green Certificates or the all-inclusive tariffs according to the DM 18/12/2008, those facilities whose Subjects Officers have applied for admission to the incentives under DM 6/7/2012 as a result of entry into service and facilities allowed to the records in a good position or winners of the auction procedures according to the DM 6/7/2012. In the last type were considered plants allowed in the rankings for records and the auction procedures published on the website of the GSE January 15, 2013, as updated in the wake of sliding ever published on the website of GSE on 8 March 2013, with excluding facilities for which the March 31, 2013 Subjects Officers have announced the waiver enrollment. In general, within the scope of the plants whose Subjects Officers have applied for admission to the incentives under DM 6/7/2012 as a result of entry into operation include the following types:
A. direct access to the facilities which, at the date of the counter, have made the application for admission to incentives as a result of entry into service;
B. plants allowed in a good position in the rankings which, at the date of the counter, have made the application for admission to incentives as a result of entry into operation (consistent, these facilities are excluded from type "Logs and Auctions DM 6/7 / 2012 ").
March 31, 2013 are made 23 requests for participation in the incentives as a result of entry into operation, of which 18 related to systems with direct access.
At 31 March 2013, there were no incentives solar thermal plants.

The "indicative annual cumulative cost of incentives," as already stated, is an estimate of the potential annual, already committed but not yet fully supported, incentives paid to non-solar renewable energy plants, in implementation of the various measures that encourage state that have taken place in this area.
The counter:
a) does not express the charges incurred in the last calendar year or in the last twelve months;
b) is not a forecast of which will occur in the next calendar year or in the next twelve months (depending of course also from plants that require access to incentives, at the time not known);
c) should not be confused with either the estimate of A3 processed for the current calendar year or the next, for the purposes of tariff updates to be communicated to the Authority for Electricity and Gas in accordance with TIT ( Integrated Text of the Authority for the provision of transmission services and distribution of electricity).
